Competition - Commonwealth Games

Tomorrow the opening ceremony for Commonweatlh Games will celebrate the athletes' journey to the Games and officially begin the 11-day event.

• The Queen's Baton will play a key role in the opening ceremony.
•  The Athletes village will be home to 6,500 athletes and CGA team officials. 
• There will be 14 sporting venues.

A competition is being run during this event. Answer 5 easy questions and go in the draw for a $20 Apps card. One entry per person. Go to Competition to enter. 

There is also a display on the noticeboard opposite the library which features some of our New Zealand athletes and a medal count board.
